Gardaí are investigating following reports of a break in at a house in Ballybeg Little.
A window towards the rear of the house was smashed and an Hitachi heat pump was taken.
The incident occurred between 8pm on Tuesday and 9am on Wednesday.
Gardaí are appealing to anyone who noticed any suspicious activity in the area or anyone who is offerd the unit for sale to contact Gardaí in Borris/Bagenlastown.
