Gardaí appeal over missing girl (16) known to visit Kilkenny regularly

Gardaí are seeking the public's assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 16-year-old Teresa Higgins

Gardaí are seeking the public's help in tracing the whereabouts of a teenage girl from Waterford who is known to regularly spend time in Kilkenny.

Teresa Higgins (16) is reported missing from the Boatstrand area of Waterford since Monday, July 3. She is known to frequent locations in counties Waterford and Kilkenny.

Teresa is described as being approximately 5 foot 2 inches in height with a slim build, long dark hair and blue eyes. When last seen Teresa was wearing purple leggings, a pink jumper and white runners.

Anyone with information on Teresa’s whereabouts is asked to contact Tramore Garda Station on 051-391620, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800-666111, or any garda station.
