Kilkenny County Council wish to advise that the L7404 at Barronswood/Clogga, Mooncoin will be closed to traffic today (Tuesday) until 5pm in order to facilitate roadworks. Local diversions will be in place during the course of these works. Local access will be facilitated, but delays should be expected.
