Niall Fergus: With running, you get out what you put in
The Stoneyford 5k and 10k events will be held on Sunday, May 19 with all funds raised go to Scoil Náisiúnta Chiaráin Naofa.
The long-running event has expanded to include a 5k and kids' 1k run over the years. With close to 400 runners expected again this year, the small village is sure to be a hive of activity on the day. The event is renowned for its post race refreshments and fun atmosphere. As well as running, there will be giant sized games on the grass for the kids and an ice cream truck.
