Works have begun to carry out remedial works on the walls from Knocktopher to Ballyhale as well as for the installation of speed ramps and works on a pedestrian crossing in the area.

A Section 38 process was completed by Kilkenny County Council with five submissions received.
It’s understood the installation of the ramps and pedestrian crossing will be completed by the end of April.
