The highly acclaimed movie 'The Waterboys' starring Jim Rohan and Gary Comerford is set to be broadcast on Air Lingus flights from this month until December, Kilkenny Live understands.
The announcement means thousands of people availing of a flight to locations around the world will have an opportunity to watch the broadcast previously shown on RTE earlier this year.
Jim and Gary, two well-known and much-loved Kilkenny characters made their on-stage debut in 2019, performing in the same show at the Watergate Theatre.
The pair are also massive Kilkenny hurling and camogie fans and will be cheering Derek Lyng and Tommy Shefflin's teams on to victory on Sunday.
