People in Graignamanagh have been left picking up the mess of others once more after 37 bottles of Heineken and a bottle of gin had to be taken out of the Kilkenny town's Duiske River on Wednesday morning.
"This seems to be a weekly occurrence now. The bottle bank is literally yards away," the group posted to social media.
"Please to who ever is doing this STOP."
