A proposed site has been acquired for the development of a playground in Piltown in conjunction with Kilkenny County Council.
Following a public meeting in October 2018, a committee of 30 people has been set up. The aim of the committee, is to liaise with the Council and the residents of Piltown and surrounding localities in regards to this venture.
Committee was elected as follows - Chairperson: Sara Conlon; Secretary: Catherine O’Driscoll; Treasurer: Gerri Hickey; PRO: Fiona Quilty.
