Traffic disruption on Kilkenny-Waterford border due to refurbishment works
Kilkenny motorists travelling to Waterford can expect delays on Wednesday night
Refurbishment works on the Rice Bridge on the Kilkenny-Waterford border are expected to cause traffic disruption tonight (Wednesday).
“A lane closure will be in effect, and a contraflow system will be in operation until 12am (midnight),” a spokesperson for Waterford City and Council confirmed.
“Traffic management will be in place, however, motorists are advised to expect some delays,” they added.
“We apologise for any inconvenience caused during the course of these works.”
