We stand on the shoulders of 'Kilkenny Design Workshops' and are constantly inspired by their design aesthetic. Our pottery reflects Irelands rich tradition of storytelling.

Pottery has always played its part by enriching the experience of family meals or a pot of tea shared with a good friend.

We make contemporary heirlooms that last a lifetime of get togethers and our hope is that you pass these on so they become part of your story!

JMK Goldsmiths

James Mary Kelly started his career with Kilkenny Design Workshop, and was later offered a goldsmith scholarship to Germany.

Among his creations are the Liam McCarthy cup, which has had many a trip back to Kilkenny since. Other works have included gifts for Popes, the Tabernacle he made for Armagh Cathedral.

James Mary recalls Cardinal Ó Fiaich being very impressed with the creation and suggested that they toast the tabernacle with a drop of Jameson.

Neill Kelly decided to follow in his father’s footsteps after studying a Grennan Mill Craft Course in ’91 and has worked and studied under some of the best Goldsmiths since.
