Carey and Donnelly named to start Leinster Final clash with Dublin

Mikey Carey is named in the starting 15 for tomorrow's Leinster Final

Despite huge doubts surrounding the participation of John Donnelly and Mikey Carey, both players have been named to start the Leinster Final with Dublin in Croke Park tomorrow night.

Kilkenny are looking to win their fifth successive Leinster crown and they also welcome back Adrian Mullen who replaces Tom Phelan in the only named change from the win over Wexford a fortnight ago.

The game is a repeat of the round-robin meeting between the same two counties a few weeks ago where an Eoin Cody stoppage time goal gave Derek Lyng's men a crucial success.

Another tight encounter is expected in GAA HQ on Saturday as the Dubs appear in their first final in three years and look to win a first title since 2013.

Kilkenny have only lost once in the championship to the Dubs over the last 80 or so years but they will be taking nothing for granted against a Dublin side that are improving all the time.

Throw-in tomorrow night is at 6pm and the game is live on RTE 2.
