Each competitor gets to represent their schools and province to the highest standards, with the top winners going forward to represent Ireland at the SIAB later in the summer.

Kilkenny City Harriers had five athletes competing - Kate Maher, Ellen Daly, Sinead Cormack, Kyrell Mtinsi and Matias Quaglia while St Joseph’s had two of their most successful walkers, Lily Ryan and Evan Walsh, in the competition, all competing for Leinster.
