T.J. Reid is ready to go again
T.J. Reid has been picked to lead the Kilkenny attack against Waterford in round three of the National Hurling League in Walsh Park on Sunday (2pm).
This would be the first start of the season for the Ballyhale Shamrocks man, all going well. Reid was picked on the team to play Offaly in the Walsh Cup semi-final, but he was withdrawn just before the start.
T.J. came on as a late sub against Cork in the first round of the League, but he aggravated a hamstring injury that had been troubling him for a while and he missed the last clash against Clare.
He is fit and ready to go again.
He will be joined on the half forward line by Martin Keoghan, who made a huge impact when introduced early against Clare last time out, and under-21 captain of last season, Pat Lyng.
Both sides are chasing their first win in the League on Sunday
