Here it is - the possible All-Ireland senior hurling semi pairings

Kilkenny captain, Cillian Buckley, will be hoping to lead the team into the All-Ireland semi-finals

The way will be clear for the All-Ireland senior hurling championship semi-finals after the quarter-finals are decided this weekend.
But what will the pairings be?
Semi-finals are subject to the respective provincial champions not meeting the defeated finalists from their own province at this stage and, where feasible, the avoidance of repeat pairings.
Below are the potential pairings:
If Kilkenny and Clare win their quarter-finals, the semi-final pairings will be - Galway v Clare; Cork v Kilkenny.
If Limerick and Wexford win their quarter-finals, the semi-final pairings will be - Galway v Limerick; Cork v Wexford.
If Kilkenny and Wexford win their quarter-finals, the semi-final pairings will be - Galway v Wexford; Cork v Kilkenny.
If Clare and Limerick win their quarter-finals, the semi-final pairings will be - Galway v Clare; Cork v Limerick.

The game will be played on:

Quarter-final on Saturday - Clare v Wexford, 3pm Páirc Uí Chaoimh.
Quarter-final on Sunday - Kilkenny v Limerick, 2pm Semple Stadium.
Semi-final on July 28 - semi-final 1, Croke Park; July 29 - semi-final 2, Croke Park.
All-Ireland hurling final August 19 in Croke Park.
