Noelle is top alley Cats in Mayo

There was success for Noelle Dowling at the ladies She’s Ace handball event in Mayo on Saturday.
Playing in the girls 17 and under event, the Mothel player continued her good run of form by defeating local Cuileann Bourke 25-12.
Now in its sixth year, the She’s Ace Ladies in handball events have grown hugely with 162 entries at the weekend. It has become the biggest ladies event on the handball calendar, and it has been very successful in developing the sport.
Gael Linn
This Saturday the Leinster representatives travel to Ballydesmond, Cork to play in the concluding stages of the Gael Linn competition.
This honour falls to Clogh’s Katie Brennan and Bobby Brennan and Galmoy’s Una Duggan and Niall Drennan.
The Clogh duo play Loughmacrory, Tyrone in their first match. The winners play either Annaghdown, Galway or Ballydesmond in their section final.
In their section, Galmoy take on Breacach, Tyrone in their first contest. The winners play either Moycullen, Galway or Boherbue, Cork to win their section.
The two section winners will contest the Gael Linn final. All first round losers play in the Plate.
The county juvenile Selection Committee have announced the representatives for the forthcoming Leinster championships. Here are the players:
