Works to construct new ramps and pedestrian crossings in Kilkenny set to get begin

A Part VIII planning process for Village Improvement Works in Listerlin has started. Phase one works will include traffic calming ramps within the existing speed limit zone, pedestrian crossings (2), upgrade of signage and markings, junction modification and extension of existing footway.

Phase two will include a car park and associated works. Details are available on the Council website and at the Area Office in Ferrybank until May 1.

Submissions can be made online or in writing to Mary Mulholland, Director of Services, Kilkenny County Council, County Hall, John Street, Kilkenny, before May 15.
