Unsettled weather predicted over the coming hours
Kilkenny's weather forecast for today (Monday) is another wet one - with Met Eireann predicting thunder storms.
A Status Yellow - Thunderstorm and Rain warning for all counties in Leinster, as well as Cavan, Monaghan, Clare, Limerick, Tipperary, Waterford and Leitrim was issued this morning. It is valid until 10pm.
Scattered heavy showers are expected, with thunderstorms and hail possible. Possible impacts include spot flooding, poor visibility and difficult travelling conditions.
