New weather warning issued for Kilkenny as Storm Jocelyn approaches Ireland

A fresh status yellow wind warning has been issued for Kilkenny and all other counties as the country braces for newly-named Storm Jocelyn.

Met Éireann are warning that 'very strong and gusty southwest to west winds' will impact Kilkenny on Tuesday.

The warning for the county is valid from 5pm until 2am on Wednesday morning.

Potential impacts include 'difficult travelling conditions' as well as debris and loose objects being displaced.
