Niall Dollard of Kilkenny Weather has made a welcome prediction as September commences here in Kilkenny.
"High pressure extending its influence on the weather this week," he told followers.
"Not much rain is forecast for the Kilkenny area for the week (after a few spots on Monday). Bulk of the rain is expected over the Irish Sea."
