An exhibition by local artist Clodagh Holahan opens to the public at the Watergate Theatre next week.
Natural Designs is inspired by her environment.
Having always had a keen interest in gardening and nature, Clodagh volunteered in the Upper Paddock Biodiversity Garden, in Thomastown. She involved herself in the local community while also supporting the local ecosystem.
Clodagh's exhibition Natural Designs will focus on the natural world as found in the garden, as well as discoveries made on the many walks exploring new terrains, little known places, together with neglected and forgotten ruins and monuments.
Natural Designs opens at the Watergate Theatre, in Kilkenny City, on Thursday, June 1, and runs until Friday, June 30. Don't miss it!
