Something Unspoken stuns lunchtime audiences in Kilkenny

Natasha Murphy (Miss Cornelia Scott) and Mags Whitely (Miss Grace Lancaster) in Something Upspoken by Tennessee Williams

Sometimes what is left unspoken resonates with us more than the words uttered themselves.

There is tension and humour woven throughout Tennessee William’s one-act play, Something Unspoken that was performed as a lunchtime theatre offering at The Barn at John’s Quay this week.

Full houses enjoyed the performance which was executed superbly by two very fine local actors - Natasha Murray and Mags Whitely.

This is the second year of lunchtime theatre at The Barn with the inaugural offering of The Quiet Land last year lauded as a massive success.

Something Unspoken runs daily at 1pm at The Barn on John's Quay until June 24. Tickets on Eventbrite.ie
