Bruce Springsteen, The Boss, is making a welcome return to the Marble City this weekend for a one-night special in UPMC Nowlan Park.
For those lucky enough to get their hands on the hottest tickets in town, their next step is deciding how to get to and from the gig. Below we take a look at the options:
How do I get there and home?
The best course of action is always to plan your journey well in advance. Organisers have "strongly advised" the use of public transport to get to and from the gig, and have also stressed that as the gig is a Sunday, to check public transport timetables prior to setting off.
Kilkenny is well served with buses and trains, so weigh up which option, if any, suits you best. Either option should leave concert-goers with less than a 10-minute walk from the stadium.
Your ticket for the concert should tell you which route to enter the stadium, with blue, red and yellow routes. Gigoers with blue route tickets should enter via the Hebron Road, red route via O'Loughlin Road, and yellow route (wheelchair users) via the Hebron Road.
