The Kilkenny Comedy Club will host an 'introduction to stand-up comedy' course next month.
From Sunday, September 29, the club will hold classes for seven weeks to give aspiring comedians a taste of what life is like on the stage.
The local group has championed comedy in Kilkenny for the past number of years with shows every second Friday of each month with a hand-picked mix of established headline acts and the very best up-and-coming comics. In addition, they host touring solo shows from Irish and UK acts.
