The Witches of Eastwick will be performed in New Ross

Saint Michael’s Theatre Musical Society are putting the finishing touches to the hilarious and often steamy musical - The Witches of Eastwick!

Many will know the 1987 movie starring Jack Nicholson alongside Cher, Susan Sarandon and Michelle Pfeiffer. The stage show is made even more mystical by a toe tapping score by Dana P. Rowe and lyrics by John Dempsey.

The musical society are renowned for their high quality productions led by a team consisting of Kevin Kennedy (director), Philip Kennedy (musical director) and Claire Kickham (choreographer).

In addition to this dream team, the society’s large and talented cast are a magic potion for success!
The cast are led by Michale Cruz, a well-known actor and dancer in the role of Daryll Van Horne. He helps three disillusioned women unveil their inner powers and ultimately leads them to discover they were always enough. The Witches are brought to life by Joanne McCabe, Michaela White and Roisin Currid – all of whom bring a wealth of experience to the New Ross stage.

With names such as Teresa Buckley, Keith Flanagan, Caoimhe Boyle, Eryn Buckley and Timmy Moloney also in the cast, it is such to be an extra special night of escapism!
