Mayor highlights 'deficiency of public toilets' in Kilkenny

Mayor David Fitzgerald (FG) has called for public toilet facilities to be incorporated into the Abbey Quarter Masterplan for Kilkenny City.

The Mayor made the comments at this month's meeting of Kilkenny County Council.

His comments came following a presentation to councillors on the subject of progress at the Abbey Quarter.
