DFL Developments Ltd are seeking permission to build residential housing in Urlingford, County Kilkenny.
The location of the proposed development site is listed as Lumper Lane/New Road.
Four two-storey terraced buildings comprising of fourteen three-bed houses and five two-bed houses are planned.
Permission is also being sought to demolish the boundary walls onto Lumper Lane and New Road and to provide vehicular and pedestrian entrances onto Lumper Lane.
Two pedestrian entrances onto New Road are also planned.
Kilkenny County Council are due to make a decision on the plans on or before May 24, 2023.
