Gardaí have issued a warning to drivers who are intentionally misusing a one-way street in Kilkenny City.
"For a large period of time there has been a one-way system in operation on the lower part of Ormonde Street," a garda spokesperson commented.
"We receive numerous reports of people 'chancing it' and joining Patrick Street against the flow of traffic, but if you do there's a chance you might get a ticket or be involved in a collision.
"Just a word to the wise..."
