Plans have been lodged with Kilkenny County Council for a large primary care centre in Kilkenny City.
Westcourt Healthcare (Hebron) Limited are seeking permission to develop a site bordering the Hebron Road in Kilkenny City, opposite O'Loughlin Gaels GAA Club.
A part four and part five-storey primary healthcare building is envisaged for the site as well as semi-basement parking.
New vehicular access is sought from Hebron Road to serve the lower deck car park.
The existing primary access road from Hebron Industrial Estate is to act as the principal access route to the healthcare building and serve the upper deck car park.
Bicycle parking, footpaths, cycle paths, public site lighting, landscaping, drainage and water mains works are also sought, as well as four totem pole signs.
This application forms part of an overall masterplan in which the adjacent site (see article above) is subject to a concurrent and separate planning application.
