This car (pictured above) was impounded on Sunday in Kilkenny under Section 41 of the Road Traffic Act.
According to gardaí, the vehicle had no valid documents displayed.
"It was seized for the same offences three weeks ago in Wexford," a garda spokesperson said.
"Impound fees, fixed charge notice and a truck required to remove same."
