A large forestry holding on circa 57 acres has come to the market in County Kilkenny.
Situated in Killamery, it is described as having excellent access from the main N76.
The forestry contains a mix of trees including Oak, Ash, Norwegian Spruce and Sitka Spruce.
One year's worth of annual premium remains to be claimed on the forestry holding.
It is being sold by Michael Barry Auctioneer.
