Taking place in a virtual group setting via Zoom, limited number of in-person locations available
A number of mental health programmes will take place later this month with registration now open.
Aware, Ireland’s leading organisation providing support, education and information services for people impacted by depression, bipolar disorder and related mood conditions has announced that its popular Life Skills Group Programme, Relatives & Friends Programme and Living Well With Bipolar Disorder Programme are available to attend in virtual group settings from week commencing September and August 28 respectively.
There are also a number of in-person options available throughout the country.
Registration is now open at https://www.aware.ie/ programmes/ and programmes are free to attend.
With programmes available Monday-Friday, participants can choose the day and session time that best suits their schedule. There are a limited number of places available for each programme to ensure that everyone can benefit from the sessions.
The programmes are delivered in workshop style to offer a participative learning environment. Each session is 90 minutes long. The workshops provide an opportunity for discussion but at no stage is anyone asked to share information if they do not wish to.
