Mount Juliet Estate in Thomastown is up for sale
Five-star hotel and golf course Mount Juliet Estate in Kilkenny is on the market with a guide price of €45 million.
The owners of the resort, property investment firm Tetrarch Capital, have appointed JLL Ireland to handle the sale.
Mount Juliet Estate is famous for its 125-bedroom hotel, its Michelin-starred Lady Helen restaurant, Jack Nicklaus Signature Design Course and the wider 500-acre estate and also hosted Irish Open in 2021 and 2022.
It also hosted the World Golf Championship in 2002 and 2004.
