Kilkenny shop raise eyewatering amount of money for local homeless services

A whopping €2,890 was raised for Kilkenny Homeless Services in a fundraiser organised by Audrey O’Dowd and Trish Dowling at Farrell’s Gala Store in Castlecomer over the Christmas period.

Audrey and Trish extend their thanks to all the businesses who donated prizes for the monster raffle which was overseen by Enya Cox Dempsey.

Prize winners were Marie Dowd, Eilis Brennan, Oliver Mealy, Brigid Brennan, Richard Brennan, Richard Barrett, Tom Tynan, Bernie Dooley, Oisín Dwyer, Julie Kelly, Garret Rowe, Kathleen Rochford, Sheila Lawlor, Willie Rochford, Tom Comerford and Jim Phelan.
