What a Valentine’s night in store and all for charity

A MAJOR Fundraiser will be held in Langton’s, John Street, Kilkenny on Valentines Night in aid of the Carlow Kilkenny Home Care Team.

A MAJOR Fundraiser will be held in Langton’s, John Street, Kilkenny on Valentines Night in aid of the Carlow Kilkenny Home Care Team.

Over the past two years through this event we has raised in excess of €26,500 and with a large number of fabulous spot prizes has become one of the biggest events of its kind in the South East. The money goes to help the terminally ill. The night consists of a four course meal, band (Marble City Sounds) and DJ. Tickets priced at €30 are available from Langtons and committee members Aine Fitzgerald, Kevin Fennelly and Mary Harrington. If anyone would like to help out and cannot attend on the night all donations are gratefully accepted. Auction items already donated include a mid week night B&B for two with a treatment each at the Monart resort, Wexford; six months gym membership Newpark Hotel; Jackie and Ed Kielty- Jewellery; Voucher from Gowran Motors; €200 voucher from Marble City Travel; €150 voucher from Charisma Blinds; voucher from Michael Rafter Jewellery; One year’s membership with GUI affiliation from Mountain View Golf Course; signed Leinster Jersey; One night B&B in Riverbank House Hotel, Wexford with dinner and tickets to see Phil Coulter (specific date in March); McCulloch Strimmer; Marley Irish Painting; In house cookery demonstration for six people with Edward Hayden; Voucher for a designer prescription sunglasses compliments of Specsavers; Top Oil voucher; two nights B&B in the four star Croke Park Hotel and two corporate box tickets Signiatec and Pinewood Healthcare who have both once again come on board as main Sponsors
