With recent confirmation that Tesco are the owners of the old mart site in Kilkenny City, discussions around the local impact of a future store on the site have flourished.
The company are currently disputing how the site is zoned with Kilkenny County Council, which determines how much tax they will have to pay.
Should that issue be resolved amicably, there is still a long planning process to go through.
With that in mind, we're putting the question out to readers:
