Three Kilkenny castles among Airbnb most wish-listed castle stays

Three Kilkenny Castles have been included in Airbnb’s list of most wish-listed castle stays in Ireland. 

Tubbrid Castle in Kilkenny City was one of the castles that made the list. The 15th century tower house was recently restored after being uninhabited for the last century, 

Another one of Ireland’s most wish-listed castle stays is a 16th century medieval tower house in Cuffesgrange, Kilkenny.

The third Kilkenny destination to make the list is Tybroughney Castle in Piltown. The ancient tower house dates back more than 500 years. 

Airbnb’s list of most sought after castle stays includes Kilcolgan Castle in Galway,  Wilton Castle in Wexford and Huntington Castle in Carlow and more.
