The Kilkenny Leader Partnership held an information session with candidates for the Local Elections on Wednesday, April 17 in the Ormonde Hotel in Kilkenny City.
The event gave candidates the opportunity to outline their targets if elected and those present information on the voting process and eligibility.
Interpreters were also present to provide assistance for people who have come to Kilkenny from abroad, offering translations in Ukrainian, Arabic and Pashto, as well as translated leaflets
