Kilkenny chef shows us how to make our own focaccia bread!

Did you get bitten by the baking bug in lockdown? Or maybe you've always been a baker? Here's a recipe for everyone to try out, thanks to chef Maria Raftery.

Maria has over 25 years’ experience in kitchens spanning the globe. She spent 17 years as Head Chef in ‘Zuni Restaurant’, in the heart of Kilkenny City, with glowing reviews through the years. She pursued other ventures for a while but is delighted to announce that she is returning to Zuni!

Here she shares her focaccia recipe with us - it looks delicious!
