ICYMI: Kilkenny clean-up team make 'nauseating' discoveries including a lady's dress and underwear

From this week's Windgap Notes
The new nauseating trend amongst Windgap clean-up volunteers in County Kilkenny was the amount of used nappies discarded in many areas along the R698 from Lamogue Cross through the Junction with the R697 to Skough, apparently a possible reflection on the pay by weight system on black bin collections — and if so, it’s still not good enough.
Elsewhere, a lady’s dress, underwear, a piece of raw bacon in a vacuum sealed bag were joined by the connection lead and manual for an electric blanket, a signed weathered over-the-counter codeine questionnaire for Nurofen Plus from October, as fast food wrappings were in their normal variety and abundance.
