Kilkenny violinist plays with Irish Baroque Orchestra at BBC prom in London's Royal Albert Hall

Jenna was part of the Irish Baroque Orchestra who performed Handel's Alexander's Feast at the BBC proms in London on Saturday night. Jenna is a past pupil of St Canice's primary school and Loreto Kilkenny and is currently based in London.

Jenna and the orchestra previously appeared in Kilkenny to perform Bach’s Matthew Passion alongside the vocal ensemble Sestina under the direction of Peter Whelan in St Canice's Cathedral. The Irish Baroque Orchestra performed at the Kilkenny Arts Festival this summer also, performing one of Handel’s finest vocal works, Alexander’s Feast.
