The Bake Sale at Coláiste Abhainn Rí was organized to support Sophie Quirke, who is currently undergoing treatment for cancer. Sophie is the daughter of Martina Griffin, a staff member at the school. The event saw enthusiastic participation from students and staff alike, all eager to contribute to the cause. Upon receiving the donations, Eileen Millea expressed profound gratitude on behalf of the Mount Carmel community.

The generosity shown by the students and the school was deeply appreciated by everyone at Mount Carmel, highlighting the strong community spirit that thrives in the area. A big thank you goes out to Coláiste Abhainn Rí and its students for their thoughtful contribution.

Their kindness in thinking of everyone in Mount Carmel during such challenging times is commendable and serves as a beacon of hope and unity. In these acts of kindness, we see the true essence of community and support, proving that together, we can make a difference in each other's lives.
