The Bake Sale at Coláiste Abhainn Rí was organized to support Sophie Quirke, who is currently undergoing treatment for cancer. Sophie is the daughter of Martina Griffin, a staff member at the school. The event saw enthusiastic participation from students and staff alike, all eager to contribute to the cause. Upon receiving the donations, Eileen Millea expressed profound gratitude on behalf of the Mount Carmel community.
