Gardaí are appealing to members of the public for information following an incident that occurred at Reade Court in Kilkenny City at some time between 7.30pm on January 31 and 6.03pm on February 1.
A car owner parked their vehicle on January 31 and upon returning to their car noticed that their back window had been smashed.
