The death has occurred of Sean Kealy, Woking, Surrey, U.K and formerly of Castlehill, Castlewarren, Co. Kilkenny, on January 5, 2025 after an illness. Predeceased by his son Michael, parents John and Catherine Kealy, siblings Jimmy, Billy, Joe and Kathleen. Sean will be sadly missed by his wife Margaret, son John Joe, daughters Theresa, Martina and Mairaid, daughter-in-law Alison, sons-in- law Richard, Gary and Nick his cherished grandchildren siblings Mary Pat Martin Anne Nelly Denis Tommy and Eugene brothers in law and sisters in law cousins relatives and his many friends.
Funeral Mass will take place on Thursday, February 27, at 10.am in Saint Dunstan's Church, Woking. Sean's Mass will be live-streamed on https://www.churchservices.tv/woking
The death has occurred of Seamus Manogue, Ballyfrunk, Ballycallan, Co. Kilkenny. Seamus passed away on February 24, 2025, in the wonderful care of all the staff in the Nore Ward at St. Luke's Hospital and surrounded by his family. Beloved husband of Sheelagh and much loved father of Declan, Conor and Valerie. Seamus will be sadly missed by his wife and family, sister Breda (Griffin), brothers John and Michael, son-in-law Paul, Conor's partner Marian, grandchildren Rachel, Cian and Keira, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.
Reposing in Johnston's Funeral Home, John's Green, Kilkenny (R95XE00) on Thursday, February 27, from 5pm to 8pm pausing for Prayers at 7pm. Requiem Mass on Friday at 12 noon in St. Brigid's Church, Ballycallan. Funeral afterwards to St. Mary's Cemetery, Ballykeeffe. House private please.
The death has occurred of Frances Murphy (née Butler), late of Glasnevin and Kilkenny City, on February 24, 2025, peacefully in her 100th year, at home in the loving care of her family. Beloved wife of the late John and loving mother to Pat, Joan, John, Barbara, David and Carolyn. Predeceased by her sisters and brothers and granddaughter Elaine. She will be sadly missed by her daughters and sons and their partners, her 14 grandchildren and their partners, her 10 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and her carers who became part of her family for the last eight years.

The death has occurred of Francis O’Halloran, Pottlerath, Kilmanagh, Co. Kilkenny, peacefully, in the wonderful care of staff at Drakelands House Nursing Home, Kilkenny on Monday, February 24, 2025. Pre-deceased by his wife Carmel, his brothers Pat and Liam and his sisters Lucy, Mary and Kathleen. Beloved father of Grace and Michael. Francis will be sadly missed by his sorrowing family, son-in-law James, daughter-in-law Zita, brother Tomás, sisters Carmel and Joan, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, grandchildren Fionn, Seán and Philip, Caoimhe, Aidan, Eoghan and Cathal, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.
