'The Dodger: DJ Carey and the Great Betrayal', written by journalist and former local radio host, Eimear Ní Bhraonáin, is now available on book shelves in Kilkenny and across the country.
Since leaving her presenting role in May 2023, Ms Ní Bhraonáin has been running her communications firm, Eimear.ie, based in County Carlow and has dedicated much of her time to this project.
Carey pleaded guilty to 10 counts of fraud, including falsely claiming to have cancer to obtain money from people at the Central Criminal Court earlier this month. - READ MORE HERE

The Young Irelands clubman won five All-Irelands with Kilkenny and is considered one of the greatest players to play the game of hurling.
