As a new era in St John's Parish begins with the amalgamation of St John's Junior School and The Lake School, as St John’s National School, former pupils and families are invited to celebrate the beginning of a new dawn.
From September, the two schools will come together under the new name of St John’s National School.
The event takes place on Wednesday, June 25 from 1-3pm and there will be music, an opportunity to visit the building and share memories on the day.
"We will have some banners with the school name on display for photo opportunities," St John's Junior School posted to social media.

"We have a parent group that meets every Friday during term time and they are planning on doing a podcast about the school.
"If you are interested in sharing some memories of your time in the school please sign the podcast book and give your contact details and they will be in touch in September," the post continued.
"Please spread the word to other past pupils. We are looking forward to seeing you."
