Kilkenny County Council wish to advise there will be traffic management including stop-go on the junction of John Street Upper/Dublin Road, Kilkenny City today (Tuesday) from 9.30am to 4pm to facilitate the upgrade of the traffic lights on the junction.
Delays can be expected and pedestrians will be provided for throughout the works.
Kilkenny County Council apologise for any inconvenience caused.
