Gardaí in Kilkenny intercepted a vehicle in Kilkenny on Tuesday that had 'no valid paperwork displayed on the windscreen'.

"Proper evidence of insurance and indeed a valid certificate of roadworthiness is clearly for the benefit of all road users," gardaí stated.
The vehicle was subsequently seized under Section 41 of the Road Traffic Act.
