River View House on the Dublin Road, Kilkenny City
International Systems & Equipment Limited have been refused planning permission to the change the use of River View House in Kilkenny City from office to retail.
Internal and external plans showed ambition to use the building as a retail unit geared towards cyclists.
Also sought was permission to erect external signage.
Plans submitted to Kilkenny County Council were refused on December 20, 2022.
