Kilkenny roadworks set to cause delays on busy city route

Kilkenny County Council has apologised for any inconvenience caused
A Stop & Go traffic management system will be in operation on the R693 Freshford Road in Kilkenny City, from the Talbot’s Inch to the junction with the L-6600 Thornback Road to facilitate road resurfacing following solar farm ducting works.
The works will take place from Thursday, September 17 to Monday, September 21, excluding the weekend, between the hours of 9.30am to 4.30pm.
Appropriate signage will be erected on sit but delays can be expected.
