Man rushed to hospital in Kilkenny following serious incident

It occurred on the evening of Thursday (June 19) on the Leighlin Road, Carlow

An Garda Síochána were made aware of a road traffic collision on the Leighlin Road, Graiguecullen, County Carlow.

The incident occurred on the evening of Thursday the 19th of June 2025 that left a man in his 50s hospitalised.

He was removed from the scene to St Luke's Hospital in Kilkenny with non-life threatening injuries.

The information from the Garda Press Office reads as follows:

Gardaí were made aware of a single-vehicle RTC on the Leighlin Road, Graiguecullen, Carlow on the evening of Thursday 19th June, 2025.

A male, aged in his 50s, was removed from the scene to St. Luke’s Hospital Kilkenny with non-life threatening injuries.

Investigations ongoing.
